Current Work
Currently 2 investigations are ongoing:
plough monitoring: view site diary
Work started in February 2007 on a plough monitoring investigation (Site Code lbf07, Intervention 01). This is being undertaken by Archaeoscope. As work progresses, the information gathered will be fed into both the interactive map and the online context database. A Site Diary will also be updated as work continues (to date there have been 1 entries).
excavation: view site diary
Work started in Aug/Sept 2007 on a excavation investigation (Site Code lbf07, Intervention 03). This is being undertaken by ADA, Archaeoscope, MGA. As work progresses, the information gathered will be fed into both the interactive map and the online context database. A Site Diary will also be updated as work continues (to date there have been 33 entries). This investigation has just started again after a break during which planning proposals were reconsidered.
Proposed Work

Ladybridge Farm Archive: view post-ex diary
Post-excavation work began in 2007 on the Ladybridge Farm archive. This is being undertaken by ADA, Archaeoscope, MGA. We have only just added post-excavation details to this page, so to date there have only been 3 diary entries: view post-ex diary.
